(or until we have 76 players signed up – Buddy teams count as one player- see description in “Additional Details” section below) \nEvent Schedule for Sat Jan 20th :  \n7:00 AM- 8:00 AM: Set up \n8:00 – 8:30 AM: Registration (Note: we will start subbing in waitlist players at 8:30 AM- for any registered players who have not shown up by 8:30 so that the event can start on time.) \n8:30 – 9:00 AM:  Warm up. \n9:00 – 9:30: Group photo\, opening ceremony & announcements. \n9:30 AM- 12:00 PM:  Round Robin Jamboree.  Teams will be determined by random draw so everyone\, across the club\, gets to mix in and play together. We will play 6 games for 12 minutes or to a score of 11\, whichever comes first. (see Additional Details below.) \n12:00 PM: Jamboree prizes awarded \n12:15 Everyone help clean up! \nAdditional Details:  \nFormat: Same round robin format we have used for our past few events. Teams will be determined by random draw so everyone\, across the club\, gets to mix in and play together. We will play 6 games for 12 minutes or to a score of 11\, whichever comes first. \nScoring: Each player on the winning team will roll 2 dice to determine their score. Each player on the losing team will roll one dice to determine their score. If there is a tie then all 4 players will each roll 2 dice. \nBuddy System: If playing 6 games in a row is too much for you\, please sign up with a buddy and take turns playing (3 games each). \nConfirmation: \n\nOnce you register your name will appear on the “Currently Registered” list that is at the top of the page when you click the register link.\nThe list is not alphabetical so you will need to scroll down and look through the list to find your name.\nYou may also receive a confirmation email but we are using free software and sometimes the emails do not go out… so please check the “Currently Registered” list.\n\n  \nWaitlist: If the jamboree is full when you go to register\, please send an email to KellyL6348@gmail.com and Kelly will put you on the waitlist (first come first serve). \nParticipant Information Email:  We will send out additional information\, to all registered participants\, a few days before the jamboree. \nWear your festive “Village People” attire if you have it (Cowboy\, Police\, Navy\, Construction worker etc.!)  Bill Barbuto is working on an awesome theme song! \nFood: Light snacks will be available near the courts and each player will receive trail mix upon check in.  We are not having lunch with this event. \nWater: Please bring your own water container and use the water fountain in the ramada.
