WBV Pickleball Club Membership

Oct 1, 2026 – Sep 30, 2027

The Westbrook Village Pickleball Club will now be using Court Reserve to process memberships in the club.   We will also be using Court Reserve for Events such as our Jamborees and Socials.

Starting with our 2026 – 2027 Season (Oct 1, 2026 – Sep 30, 2027), every member of the WBV Pickleball Club will need a Court Reserve account, which is free and easy to set up.

For this 2026-2027 season, players can actually sign up/renew NOW and your membership will be good from now through Sep 30, 2027. 

The Types of Memberships are as follows:

  • Annual RENEWING Pickleball Club Membership – (for Renewing Club members) $25 dues

  • Annual NEW Pickleball Club Membership – (for New members) $35 dues – which includes $25 for club dues and $10 for Name Badge

  • Short Term Resident Pickleball Club Membership (for residents residing in WBV for less than 90 days) – $35 dues – First time Short Term Residents will pay $25 for club dues and $10 for Name Badge. Subsequent years having a Short Term Resident membership – $25 dues

  • Lifetime Pickleball Club Membership (for residents 90 years old and older) – Free

You can use Court Reserve online or download the Court Reserve app on your cell phone or tablet.  Click HERE to see directions for using Court Reserve online to set up a Court Reserve account along with Joining or Renewing your WBV Pickleball Club Membership.  The steps for using the Court Reserve app are almost identical so use the directions indicated above.

You will also be prompted to sign the WBV HOA Waiver for the new season.  It is the same waiver that you sign each year.

If you already have a Court Reserve account, log in to your account, and make sure you are in your Home screen (click the Home icon in the bottom left corner).  Then at the top, click on the Clubs list that you are already signed up for.  A pop up from the bottom will appear – click on the “Add Organization” button.  In the Search box, enter “Westbrook Village Pickleball Club” and follow the prompts.  They will be similar to the above directions.
