
Pickleball Club Membership
Membership Information:

Membership Dues are for Oct 1, 2025 – Sept 30, 2026
(New or renewing memberships that were paid after May 1, 2025 will be effective throughout this next season.) - Your Membership Dues and Renewal must be paid on-line.
- You will need to select one of the following types of Memberships. Read through the different types of memberships and then select the one that fits you.
WBV Pickleball Club has 6 types of Membership available for
Residents, Live-in Relatives, & Renters.
1. NEW MEMBERSHIP for Resident Homeowner (includes Annual Resident) – Fee is $35 per year
The New Resident Homeowner Membership is open to all resident homeowners within Westbrook Village. This Seasonal membership includes a name badge, balls during Club play time, and allows you to enjoy all Pickleball Club activities and Club court time as well as Village Resident Open Court time.
2. NEW MEMBERSHIP for Long Term Renters (Long Term Renters = 90 days or more) – Fee is $35 per year
Seasonal Memberships are available for long term renters. This seasonal membership includes a name badge, balls during club play time, and allows you to enjoy all Pickleball Club activities and Club court time as well as Village Resident Open Court time.
3. NEW MEMBERSHIP for Short Term Renters (Short Term Renter = less than 90 days) – Fee is $35 per year
This Short Term Renters Player Pass includes a name badge, balls during club play time and allows you to enjoy all Pickleball Club activities and Club court time as well as Village Resident Open Court time. NOTE: You will need to indicate your start and end lease dates below.
4. RENEW MEMBERSHIP for Short Term Renters (Short Term Renter = less than 90 days) – Fee is $25 per year
This Short Term Renters Player Pass DOES NOT include a name badge. Choose this option if you already have a name badge from a previous Short Term Session. This Short Term Player Pass includes balls during club play time and allows you to enjoy all Pickleball Club activities and Club court time as well as Village Resident Open Court time. NOTE: You will need to indicate your start and end lease dates below.
5. RENEW MEMBERSHIP for Resident Homeowner (includes Annual Resident) or Long Term Renter (Long Term Renter = 90 days or more) – Fee is $25 per year
Memberships for Annual Residents or Long Term Renters are to be renewed every year during the same time frame as the other types of memberships. NOTE: You can renew at any time, but be aware that your membership will expire on September 30th of each year.
6. LIFETIME Membership – Fee is FREE
A FREE Club Membership is available to all people who turn 90 years old or older. Membership is active during the year of your 90th birthday. Please let the Membership Coordinator know when you fit into this category!
NOTE: If you only want to order/reorder a badge, fill out all the required fields below, and then select the radio button for “Reorder Name Badge” (even if it’s the first time you are ordering a badge). The cost is $10.

Westbrook Village Association Release and Indemnification Waiver is required for new and renewal memberships.
- NOTE: The system will only process ONE membership application at a time. So you will need to complete the process and payment for one individual before starting on another person.
- ALSO: If you are paying for someone who’s name is NOT on the credit card you are using, please put their name in the “Order Notes (Optional)” field on the Billing Details page.
- Fill in ALL fields below and choose the appropriate button for your Membership Selection.
- Click the box to indicate you have read and agree to the Westbrook Village Association Release and Indemnification Waiver.
- Short Term Renters, please state your start/end dates.
- Then click the SUBMIT & CONTINUE TO PAYMENT button. You will receive a confirmation email of your membership application submission.
- You should be taken to the Payment Screen. If it does not open up, then you may need to start over. OR if you are on your phone or tablet, try using a computer. For some reason the system doesn’t like working on a cell phone or tablet. Go figure!!!
- Once you see the Payment screen, Enter information on the Payment screens and follow through until you submit your payment. You will receive another confirmation email stating your payment has been received.
- Once the Membership Coordinator processes your membership, you will receive a Welcome (or Welcome Back) email from the club.
