Westbrook Team Pickleball Ladder
The Pickleball Club is pleased to announce a fun and challenging new club activity. Team Pickleball is played in a round robin format between a team of 2 men and 2 women of equal quality and age. Each season lasts 8 weeks.
We will use rally scoring with each game to 21, winning by 2 points. Each match consists of one woman’s double game, one men’s doubles game and 2 mixed doubles games. If there is a tie one more mixed doubles game will be played to 11, winning by 2 points. Westbrook Team Pickleball teams will be assembled on a first come, first serve basis by a panel of Westbrook Pickleball Club members.
As promised, our second season will include four levels of play, with four teams at each level. If you do not have a ranking, the panel will determine that for you.
Levels of play:
- 2.5 to 2.99
- 3.0 to 3.49
- 3.5 to 3.99
- 4.0 plus
Dates to remember:
- Sign ups start December 20th, 2024, and go through December 30th ,2024.
- First match for 3.5 and 4.0 plus is Monday, January 6th, 2025
- First match for 2.5 and 3.0 in Tuesday, January 7th, 2025
- ALL MATCHES WILL START AT 3:00 p.m.
- THE SECOND SEASON WILL END FEBRUARY 25TH, 2025
